Ginger Onion Beef

It probably doesn't look very nice in the pic but trust me.. it tastes fantastic!

Ingredients:
Beef- thinly sliced...doesn't matter which part
spring onions - cut into 2 inch portions
ginger- sliced
big onions- sliced
salt

Marinate for beef:
light soy
dark soy
sugar
corn starch (or a bit of gravy granules in UK, I couldn't find the starch)
sesame oil or normal oil
oyster sauce
worchestershire sauce
pepper

Gravy:
make corn starch with the leftover beef marinate (make enough to cover beef)

Instructions:
1. Fry Onions. Then add ginger. And add the white bits of the spring onions. Add a bit of salt if you like.
2. Turn up heat. Add beef. Stir fry quickly so evenly cooked. Cook till HALF COOKED.
3. Put in the rest of spring onions. Add gravy. Mix well. Boil.
4. Take out. Serve.

*Beef cooks very fast and will be tough when overcooked. So make sure you work fast and have everything ready and at hand when you do this.

Try it if you understand my instructions.

SALIVA

I don't know if we get these kind of people in Malaysia but in the UK, these people are rife and uncontrollable !!!

I work in supermarket X and most of the time i work at the till and people are friendly and nice enough except for the occasional British attitude of 'I should be treated like royalty'. Anyways, what i find extremely disgusting and unbearable is that at the end of the transaction, you've scanned all their shopping, they've packed them nicely in the bag and you tell them the grand total of their shopping. The next thing you know, (in slow motion) they stick out their big fat tongue, wet their fingers and pull out the bills from their wallet with their newly-wetted slimey saliva-'wrapped' fingers and hand the bills to your face !! So I say thank you(while trying not to allow my horror to show on my face) and hold the notes at the corner where the slimey fingers have not touched and try to sholve them into the cash drawer as quick as i can !! by then, i am already cringing with this extremely revolting sensation and disgust......eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww !!!

To make it worse, I experience this more than 10 times per shift i have to do !! eeeeeeeewwwwww !!!

Passione!

Find the passion in your life and everything else would fall into place... more or less, that is!
Me? I think i have found it. Now, it's up to me to put it to test. I just know that when I realised what it is, it is almost like falling in love. My adrenalin started pumping and I had this deliciously tingling and wonderful feeling all over my body. I knew this is what I would be good at... something I could shine in and feel great.
You see, I am a procrastinator to the core, and if I may add, it is something I am also very good at. So when I chanced upon this 'thing' as I will call it for now and felt all those positive feelings in my lazybones, how could I not know it. It was so in my face... it was unavoidable. So now i have to Seize The Day and make it happen.
The search in life, other than success and wealth is to find out what you are passionate in, and believe me when I say this: IT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE! I know. I have tried a whole lot of things, only to feel something is still missing in my life. I guess one should just keep forging on until that missing jigsaw piece is found. After all, don't we all want to have our lives falling into place.. in its proper order?
I do hope I have found my Passione!!
